We're supporting Geelong Workers to get fit and get healthy this Spring!

In Australia, 49.4% of people aged 18-64 years who were employed described their day as mostly sitting; and, in our region only 54.9% of people are meeting the minimum physical activity guidelines.

This November, we're teaming up with Barwon Health and their 'Spring Into Action Initiative', to get Geelong workers active by offering $0 membership fees for the month of November when signing up to our 12 month commitment membership.

- Access to group fitness (including yoga) is included in this membership
